Terms of Service

The service

Cuspo, operated by Cuspo LLC ("Cuspo," "we"), provides compliance record-keeping tools for dental practices: sterilization and equipment logging, reminders, and state-by-state requirement references.

No patient data

You agree not to enter patient-identifiable information anywhere in Cuspo — not in notes, file names, uploads, or free-text fields. The product is designed to hold none, and keeping it that way is a condition of use.

Records and honesty of tools

Cuspo provides tools, records, and citations. It does not and cannot make your practice compliant, and nothing in the product or on this site is legal advice or a guarantee of inspection outcomes. Requirement summaries are maintained in good faith; verify current requirements with your state board before relying on them in a high-stakes context.

Your data

Your practice's records are yours. Compliance records are stored append-only — corrections are tracked rather than overwritten — and your ability to read your own records does not depend on your billing status.

Accounts

One sign-in per practice, held by the practice owner. Sign-in is by one-time email code. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

No unlawful use, no attempting to breach or overload the service, no reselling access, no entering data you lack the right to store.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cuspo LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced to account holders. You may stop using the service at any time. If the service winds down, we will provide notice and a reasonable window to retrieve your records.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
