The binder isn’t free
Paper compliance has a price — it’s just spread out where nobody adds it up.
Consultant visits
Practices that outsource compliance walkthroughs commonly pay hundreds of dollars a visit, several times a year — for a snapshot that’s stale by the next staff meeting.
Staff hours
Chasing signatures, re-printing logs, hunting for the spore-test results from last March: hours of real payroll spent maintaining paper that only matters on inspection day.
One citation
A single serious OSHA violation can run into five figures. The usual trigger isn’t a bad practice — it’s a good practice that couldn’t produce the record.
Pricing questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — self-serve, from your billing settings, no phone call. Your subscription runs through the period you’ve already paid for and simply doesn’t renew.
What happens to my records if I cancel?
They stay readable to you regardless of billing status: your history is yours. A compliance record you could lose by missing a payment would be worthless, so we don’t build it that way.
Is the price per location?
One subscription covers one practice location. Each location keeps its own equipment, its own logs, and its own inspection — so each runs its own account.
Do I pay per team member?
No seat pricing. The whole team logs under the practice’s account — phone-based logging means staff at the sterilizer don’t need logins of their own.
Will the price change on me?
If pricing ever changes, you’ll hear from us before it takes effect — with time to decide, not after the charge.
