Who we are
Cuspo ("we," "us") is operated by Cuspo LLC. Cuspo is compliance record-keeping software for dental practices: sterilization logs, equipment records, and the documentation a practice needs for an inspection.
No patient data — by design
Cuspo is built so that no patient information ever enters the product. There are no patient fields, and our terms prohibit entering patient-identifiable information anywhere in it. Cuspo stores records about your practice — cycles, tests, equipment, staff training — never about patients. Because no protected health information is collected or stored, Cuspo is not a HIPAA business associate and no BAA is required.
What we collect
- Waitlist signups: your email address and, optionally, your state.
- Accounts: the practice owner's email address, used for one-time-code sign-in.
- Practice records you create: sterilization cycles, spore-test results and proof photos, equipment details, and related compliance records.
- Operational data: logs and analytics needed to run and secure the service.
How we use it
To provide the service, send the reminders you configure, tell waitlist members when onboarding opens, and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your practice's records for advertising.
Service providers
We use vetted providers to run Cuspo: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), and Upstash (rate limiting). Each processes data only to provide its service to us.
Retention
Compliance records exist to be durable: they are retained for as long as your practice account exists, using an append-only model in which corrections are recorded rather than records overwritten. Waitlist entries are kept until onboarding completes or you ask us to remove yours.
Your choices
You can ask us to remove your waitlist entry or your account at any time at hello@cuspo.com. Note that a practice's compliance records are the point of the product — deleting them is a deliberate, owner-initiated act, not a side effect.
